What customers say?

“ The restaurant is in a good complex and it has a cute down home atmosphere. When we first entered we were immediately greeted and seated but was told up front that her chef couldn’t make it in today and to bare with her. In the restaurant there was one table that was getting their food. There was another table of 6 that had just gotten their refreshments. And then we were the third table that just got seated. It did take a while longer for our lunch but it was definitely worth it. I got the Chef’s Lunch Combo with the Turkey Sandwich and Caesar Salad. It sounds simple and plain, but it was the most delicious sandwich and salad I’ve had in a long while. You can tell everything is home cooked and made fresh because that makes all the difference. I will definitely be going back. I’m unsure if the woman who seated us and cooked was the owner or not, but she definitely did an awesome job with the unexpected one woman show she had to put for the whole day. ”

“ I enjoyed this small breakfast place. The atmosphere is very cozy and nice, and gives a very earthy country vibe I enjoyed. The food was very tasty and decently priced and we also got dessert with some cake too. The cake was scrumptious, but could be better fresh. The chicken and waffles were very good, and came with a lot of food. They only had one server, so you could see the wait time for some of the other people was a little slow. ”

“ In a world filled with too many touch screens and overly produced decor, this cafe is the perfect place to escape from the city and its over stimulation. The atmosphere here feels like you’re visiting a relative’s kitchen to grab a bite to eat along with a free cup of coffee. In other words: we felt like family. We usually get weird looks when we pray over our food, but not here. Definitely will be back soon! ”

“ This place is so incredibly and the owner is so kind. We came on a Saturday morning before leaving for the airport and we were so stuffed we almost missed our flight. There were four of us total, two of us got the chicken & waffles ( which we ended up sharing with the whole table ) and I got the pancakes with a side of grits, these are not your ordinary grits, these are CREAMY SOUTHERN GRITS!!! One of us got the breakfast tacos as well and they were outstanding. The breakfast potatoes were delicious and bursting with buttery flavor that made it hard not to ask for a togo plate full of breakfast potatoes!!! Definitely going back soon. ”

“ We went today for our friends bday. It was absolutely amazing. I had the biscuit with sausage gravy and the quiches. Definitely can tell everything is homemade. The owner Adrian is an amazing cook. Saddy was our server so amazing. I'm from a small town and this place gave me that small town filling!! ”

“ This is a hidden Gem! You MUST visit this restaurant! The omelette plate was amazing! Definitely, the chef prepare every plate by herself. Yes, you have a chef cooking for you. It can’t be better than that! Presentation and flavors are top notch! We were very pleased to met chef Adrienne and look forward to keep visiting this restaurant. ”

“ Upon entering Simply Divune Café, we were greeted by Chief T! Seating locations were accompanied by a grand view of the bakery, a musical playlist that fitted the atmosphere of being at home, and delicious food that makes you want to taste the food all in one sitting! I personally recommend the “Big Britches” for a brunch putting accompanied by the “Blueberry Lemon Cake” as an appetizer! My wife recommends the “Cheesy Shrimp and Grits” and loved the “Blueberry Lemon Cake” as well! As someone who originates from New Orleans, this place truly feels like home. This restaurant has set my standards high for Texas as this is my first dine-in here. ”

- Shawn Henderson -

“ The Cobb Salad was absolutely delicious! Fresh greens, sliced advocado, perfectly cooked bacon, nicely grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, and hard boiled eggs were a perfectly healthy & delicious combination. The coffee was good. The excellent service was very friendly, prompt, and professional. ”
